Oftentimes, during your post op journey, when transitioning from your stage 1 to your stage 2 faja, your appetite may be restricted due to the extra pressure that your faja compression garment puts on your abdomen, it compresses your organs, therefore restricting the capacity of your stomach.
To better serve you, you may need to eat in smaller portions and more frequently. For best results, it’s important to maintain your weight throughout the most crucial parts of your healing process of stage 1 and stage 2.
