✨ Compression Options For Sleep Post Op

Depending on your level of fluid retention and the stage of healing you may be at, it can oftentimes be challenging to find a comfortable sleeping position best suitable for you throughout the night.
To better facilitate a good night’s sleep, it’s recommended to either loosen up your 2nd stage faja to a lesser hook or alternately switch into 1st stage faja with additional compression w foam and/or waist trainer accessories as needed. To maintain a reasonable compression whilst allowing yourself to get better sleep.

Typically, some people may take out the board although others may be able to sleep with foam and board all together. All bodies are different and require different levels of adjustment for comfort. Regardless of which direction you may choose to go, the idea is to maintain a reasonable level of compression whilst maintaining a good night’s rest simultaneously.
